Any promotional entries provided to members are ancillary promotional benefits.

4. AUTO-RENEWAL
Your membership automatically renews unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund prior payments except where required by law.
5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
Where legally required, KTTM promotional sweepstakes will include a free alternative method of entry (“AMOE”).
Purchasing a membership does not increase the odds of winning unless specifically permitted by applicable law and disclosed in official rules.

From time to time, KTTM may conduct promotional sweepstakes, giveaways, or member appreciation campaigns. These promotions are: void where prohibited, subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, and governed by separate Official Rules published for each promotion.
Prizes may include: travel experiences, hospitality packages, merchandise, luxury experiences, cash alternatives, or other promotional items.
KTTM reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value where necessary.
7. NOT A LOTTERY OR GAMBLING PLATFORM
KTTM is a membership-based rewards and lifestyle platform. Membership purchases are made for access to club benefits, services, experiences, and community offerings. KTTM does not operate as an online casino, sportsbook, or gambling operator. Any promotional sweepstakes are intended as marketing promotions permitted under applicable promotional sweepstakes laws.
8. MEMBER CONDUCT
Members agree not to: misuse the platform, engage in fraud, manipulate promotions, harass staff or members, create duplicate accounts, or violate applicable laws.
KTTM may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of abuse, fraud, or misconduct.
9. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments are processed securely through third-party providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize KTTM to charge applicable fees and recurring subscription charges.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment information remains current. Failed or reversed payments may result in account suspension.
10. REFUND POLICY
Except where required by law: membership payments are non-refundable, promotional packages are non-refundable once processed,and partial membership periods are not prorated. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All KTTM branding, graphics, logos, videos, content, and materials remain the exclusive property of KTTM. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any KTTM content without written consent.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KTTM shall not be liable for: indirect or consequential damages, technical interruptions, promotional delays, third-party provider failures, or losses arising from unauthorized account access. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member to KTTM in the preceding 12 months.
13. PRIVACY
Your use of KTTM is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
14. MODIFICATIONS
KTTM may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
15. TERMINATION
KTTM reserves the right to terminate memberships or access to the platform at any time for: violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or legal compliance reasons.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
