KTTM PROMOTIONAL SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

1. SPONSOR

The KTTM Promotional Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by KTTM, a private membership lifestyle brand affiliated with Thee Manor (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States who are:

  • at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; and

  • active KTTM members in good standing or eligible free-entry participants.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, immediate family members, and household members of Sponsor may be ineligible to participate.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on June 1st 2026 at 9am EST and ends on July 31st at 8pm EST (“Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible and will process for the next draw.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Membership Entry

Eligible KTTM members may receive promotional entries through qualifying membership participation, eligible purchases, or promotional activities during the Promotion Period.

Membership benefits may include:

  • access to exclusive member events;

  • partner discounts and offers;

  • lifestyle experiences;

  • member-only content;

  • promotional opportunities.

B. FREE ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY (“AMOE”)

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A purchase or membership payment does not increase the odds of winning.

To enter for free, eligible participants may submit a handwritten mail-in entry including:

  • full legal name;

  • mailing address;

  • email address;

  • phone number; and

  • the name of the applicable Promotion,

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Promotion Period and received no later than 5 days before the draw date.

Limit one (1) free entry request per envelope unless otherwise stated.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject incomplete, automated, fraudulent, or duplicate entries.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

Prize details for each Promotion will be described on the applicable promotional page.

Example prizes may include:

  • luxury travel experiences;

  • hospitality packages;

  • private aviation experiences;

  • event access;

  • merchandise;

  • cash alternatives where permitted.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) will be listed for each Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. WINNER SELECTION

Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or around 8pm 31st July 2026.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

During the live winner announcement, Sponsor may attempt to contact the selected entrant by phone using the number associated with the entrant’s account. If the selected entrant does not answer during the live broadcast, Sponsor may proceed with additional winner selections for live announcement purposes.

The originally selected entrant will still have twenty-four (24) hours to respond to Sponsor’s notification attempts and complete verification requirements before forfeiture may occur.

Potential winners may be required to:

  • complete identity verification;

  • sign publicity/liability releases where lawful;

  • provide tax documentation; and

  • comply with all eligibility requirements.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails verification, or is otherwise ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s:

  • name;

  • likeness;

  • city/state;

  • social media handle;

  • photographs; and

  • promotional content

for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

8. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, or reporting obligations associated with prize acceptance.

Sponsor may issue applicable tax forms where required by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • technical failures;

  • lost or delayed entries;

  • unauthorized access;

  • printing or typographical errors;

  • interrupted internet services; or

  • other errors affecting the Promotion.

10. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR CANCEL

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, legal issues, or other factors impair the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or attempts to tamper with the Promotion.

11. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

  • disputes shall be resolved individually and not as part of a class action;

  • all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia;

  • venue shall be exclusively in Georgia courts.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from participants is subject to the KTTM Privacy Policy.

13. NO AFFILIATION

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, Facebook, TikTok, Shopify, or any third-party platform unless expressly stated.
